All right. Hi everyone, this is Alice with get clients.com and today I am here with Duane Roberts and we are going to share with you his success with sold out courses. Um, so what has been your biggest success with sold out courses?

Duane:
I think the way that Dan teaches and his style where it's very systematic where it takes you from the beginning and go into the very end. Um, he has a very no nonsense approach, which I really appreciate, but being able to go into the course and do the practical things that he's suggesting and more importantly those live training calls to be able to answer questions or most importantly, cause I don't attend all the live training calls as I should, but I definitely go back and look at those pre previous recordings that are in there and it's helped. It's helped me get over the hump to take my business to the next level.

Alice:
That's fantastic. So what was, um, what was your biggest problem before you joined? Sold out courses?

Duane:
Scaling Facebook ads. You know, every time I would do the ad set, it wouldn't perform the way that it needed to. Um, so information that I got through sold out courses, uh, helped me with that. And I guess secondarily would be, um, proper methods for retargeting. Um, how to set up the retargeting, how to come up with the courageous for the retargeting and the overall campaign for a targeting. I think we've probably converted more offer retargeting efforts than we ever did on the front end. And that was a piece of the business that was missing.

Alice:
Wow. Okay. That's great. Um, so why, why sold out courses? Why twice?

Duane:
Of course it's over all of the other programs out there. Well, that's a good question. Um, I first ran into Dan Henry. I took an Exodus from the business, uh, for about two years and then, no, actually three years I'm in real estate. So when the market rebound, I went to funnel hacking live to reacquaint myself with the industry and out of the corner of my eye come this guy where these, this hat, these bunny ears. And I'm thinking to myself, who is this kid? You know, I'm just kinda shaking him off. I'm thinking he's egotistic looking for attention. But the funny part is is uh, at the end of that evening, I went to my hotel room and I just started Googling dad Henry and I watched his whole flip and webinar and I get to the end of it, I'm like, okay, it's a nine 97 product, you know, I mean, how many is he really selling? Um, and the next day here he comes hopping across the stage and I told myself, Oh my God, I need to start paying attention to this guy. So I took my entire ego and I threw it out the window and said, I think that's point forward. I need to start paying attention to what he's doing. Cause honestly what he's doing is working. So that was my introduction to Dan Henry, been following him ever since. And then, uh, recently joined sold out courses.

Alice:
That's, that's awesome. Yeah, I'm sure he made a pretty big first impression there obviously. All right, well, so what, um, what made the process of using sold-out courses so effective?

Duane:
The way the course is laid out, I mean, there's tons of courses that are out there and Dan alludes to this. Sometimes it's out of his post, but a lot of the courses is nothing more than a guy rambling on, on a webcam for an hour or two at a time. So he really breaks it down to practicality purposes. So you need to accomplish step B, you need a first copper step a. So I think if someone joins soda forces and they're serious about their business and they just sit down and take the time to go through and understand the implement what he's trying to teach and put that into their business, they'll be able to get similar type of results. But knowing that, you know, marketing is nothing more than testing. You know, a dance provided a framework, you know, a systematic process that'd be able to get the results that they want.

Duane:
But they have to be able to roll their sleeves up and dive in and not be afraid to make mistakes and make adjustments along the way to get their end result. That's great. Awesome. Uh, so as a result of you implementing the program into your life, what was the outcome? Uh, we've, uh, we at least three, four X our business. Uh, last year was our best year ever. Um, we are on track to hit a, a, an important industry goal. Should I say, we will make our first million dollars, uh, with, uh, our funnel and what, you know, the techniques and things that Dan has taught. Uh, throughout the years I've been following him by implementing those, we'll hit our first million, um, in 2020th. So we're not excited about that. We're just like so close to getting him that first meal. And you know, what everyone says is, you know, hitting the first bill is the hardest.

Duane:
And I, and I believe it because all of all of the things that we've learned over the last 24 months, it has really helped us be able to get to this point. So those guys literally live it from this point forward. We're planning on launching a new course soon. I actually an advanced outrageous horse, but I anticipate this new course going a lot smoother than the original course because I learned those lessons along the way. That's, that's, that's amazing. Congratulations. That's awesome. Yeah. So how has your life specifically changed since you've achieved this outcome? I know it's interesting. I was at a Tony Robbins' business mastery event probably about three years ago and that event led me to a program called date with destiny. And at that time I had my foot in the water and wanting to be a full time internet entrepreneur. I wanted to get away from traditional real estate business.

Duane:
And um, it was there at that event that I decided that I had a one year goal to be able to accept what I was doing and to get into full time, full time coaching online. Um, and that was three months prior to me going to phone hacking license. So when I went there and I met dad, that kind of started that snowball process. So I believe a lot of the things that he taught helped me speed up the learning curve because what you find is, especially when you go online, that everyone's a guru, right? And everyone's got their own opinions. And what I like about Dan is he doesn't sugar coat anything. You know, if you're, if you're, if you're messing up, dad's going to tell you you're messing up. And I liked that no dots is the approach that he has with coaching because my goal is to get to the end result as fast as I possibly can and to bypass the rest.

Duane:
And that's one of the things that Tony Robbins teaches. And that's why I decided to start following dad. You know, I'm 44 years old. Daniel obviously a lot younger than I. um, and I'll often like to think that I know more. And in this case he definitely knows more. So I'm going to follow a guy that's going to help me get to my goals. But because of that is gave me what my ultimate goal was at the end of the day, which was 100% more time freedom. Uh, we lived in Nashville, Tennessee and one of my goals was to move to Florida someday. Um, so the first year of our business, um, I waited another six months to make sure things are going to be stable. But recently the last six months we've relocated my family to Destin, Florida, and we were able to put a 30% down on a house and, um, be able just to deliver life, you know, the way that we wanted to and on our terms. So it's given me a lot of my time back, uh, that I didn't have in real estate and I just dissipate on this moving forward, being able to do what I want to do the most, which is travel.

Alice:
That's amazing. That is awesome. Yeah. The end goal is to, to, to be spending more time with your family, doing the things you love to do. So I'm so great that I'm so grateful for you that, uh, you've been able to achieve the success and with this program, um, my one final question I have would be, what would you say to someone who's on the fence about joining solo courses?

Duane:
The only reason people would be afraid to join us on our courses because the investment that's involved, but, and I'll be the first person to say that when I was looking at the initial investment as well, I was wondering if I was going to really get my return on my investment, who is really going to be worth me taking my hard earned money to turn it over to get the information. But I have to tell you right now, 100% that it is. So if someone is on the fence about investing in anything that Dan Henry puts out, just don't think about it. Okay? And if you say that you don't have the money, that's just an excuse. You can find the money, right? Money is just a byproduct of the end result that you want. So if you want it bad enough, you want to get those results, then follow someone who's going to be able to take you to the next level. And my personal opinion is there's no one better in the industry that Dan Henry right now, we will teach you how to do that. So just go all in, you know, jumped straight into the water and not worry about what the results are going to be. Because if you put the action in his coach, he's going to get you the results that you want more.

Alice:
