Hey, my name's Dan Henry and I'm the founder of get clients.com and in this short video I'm going to show you how to grant access to an advertiser so that they can advertise for your business on Facebook. So if you've hired someone to advertise for you on Facebook, you'll need to grant them access to your business page so they're able to run ads for you on the Facebook platform. So once your advertiser has let you know that they have requested access to your page, you'll need to approve that request. And the way to do that is to simply go to your Facebook business page and approve it. And I'm going to show you that process right now. So this is my Facebook page. All I have to do is go over here to where it says settings and I'll click settings and that'll bring me to a page that looks like this.

So I will scroll down to the left and I'll click where it says page rules right here, page roles. And I will click on that. I will scroll down until I see pending partner requests. It's right here pending partner requests. And as you can see, Alice's agency has requested access to my page so that they can advertise on Facebook for me. And so I will click respond to request and at this point there'll be two options. It'll say, give Alice's agency access to my page or don't give Alice's agency access to my page. Obviously I want to select the first one with the check Mark. So I will click that and it'll ask me one more time. It'll say, please confirm that you want to give Alison's agency access to your page or whoever your agency is. So we'll click approve request right here, boom. And then it will ask to enter your Facebook password as one final step of confirmation. You'll hit submit. And then that advertiser now has access to your Facebook page as an advertiser so they can run as an advertise for you on the Facebook ad platform. Once you re enter your password and hit submit, you will now see your agency under the agency section and it'll say roles approved. And that's it. There you go.
